Required Coursework

The Executive Development Certificate Program curriculum combines a mixture of classes that focus on administration, promotion, operation, and leadership of a business. Please see the listed “Course Requirements” for designing
and completing whichever of our 2-Tracks is most appropriate to the stage of growth that your business currently enjoys.

Each certificate candidate will self-assess their needs based on their personal and professional experience. Our 2-Track Program is divided into Startup Business Owners and Managers at Growth Businesses. We define a startup business as having less than 2 years in operation and less than $250K in sales, with a growth business being more than 2 years in operation and more than $250K in sales.
